The skybox is dead. Long live the skybox!

One of my favorite things to do in SL is decorate. I can't build -- I'm a terrible builder. I made a couch once that made other furniture want to take it behind the building and shoot it. So I can't make my own stuff but I love to shop for stuff and then make pretty spaces with it. Since starting SL in late 2006 I've probably had 6 or 7 houses. Every so often I'll tear everything down and start again.

So when my landlady said Aerin and I could replace our large skybox with an even LARGER one (and that we could have two, so Aerin and I could each have our own space), we jumped at the chance. Last night we took everything down from the old skybox and then sat around her little pond and reminisced about how fun it was to build the old thing. It was sad. But before we tore it down I took some pictures of it in its former glory. We've just started placing things in our new skyboxes, so hopefully we'll be able to make it better than ever!
