So, I think my banner might be a little big. Slightly. Just slightly, a little, probably a lot, too big. I like the picture, though, and didn't want to crop it. And while I like working in Photoshop, generally what I come up with is an accident -- whether it turns out well or badly. I kind of mess around until I get something I like. So rather than make a smaller banner, I decided to go with the enormous, crazy big banner.

I thought I'd post the original image along with credits. The dress and tights are, alas, no longer available.

This is an old picture, from 2009, but it's still one of my favorites. I love the feeling of joy or utter abandon. It's difficult to capture facial expression in SL, but for some reason this one just feels right to me.

First Picture Post!

A New Year, A New Blog

Greetings! About 100 years ago I started a fashion blog in SL and then let it die when life got complicated. But lately I've wanted to pick up again and start putting up some photos of fashion and design in Second Life. So to get started, in my next post I'll put up a couple of my favorite photos and maybe some new ones I haven't put on flickr yet. I'm looking forward to this new blog!
